This Song takes a very old traditional
slovenian polka and brings new life with a
special unique arrangement by Michael
Dombrowski. - known as the helena polka
to some its melody line comes from the
songs that span hundreds of years.
This classical piece was selected by
Michael's Teacher Tony Zainer to be
Michael's Disctinctive performance
piece that everyone would know him
for playing.
This is a very popular but classic waltz
known by many different names
around the world. It is the type of
music that is a perfect fit for the
Accordion.

This Song has sentimental value as it
was recorded by myself and my
teacher Tony Zainer in his basement.
Again, one of those songs that just
about everyone can identify with.
This is a Studio Recording.
This song written before 1932 gives
the feeling one may have experienced
when their loved ones made it home
from fighting in World War 1. This is
another recording by Myself and my
teacher Tony Zainer.

Romantic Waltz - this is a newer waltz
written by teacher Don Grazanna of
Racine, Wisconsin 1982. We have
spiced the arrangement up a bit with a
second accordion. Fr. Sean Granger
and Michael are the performers
together in this version.

This Classical number is as classy as
Michael Gets. It is his all-time favorite
numbers, it is also one of the most
challenging.
This song predates most of Americans
to earlier than 1937. This recording
was made with MJD and John Sparrow
(famous world known drummer) we
recorded it in our basement during a
jam session in our early days. It is
awesome! - jam session
This song goes back earlier than
1937, it presents another varied ethnic
style that the accordion is capable of.
This song is one of MJD's favorites! as
a studio recording all parts were
performed by Michael Dombrowski.
The writers Rubye J. Simonton and
Gerladine Page have since passed
away but ther music lives on. They
gave Michael specific permission to
record their music so we post this
recording with great recognition for
their talents. - studio recording
